I have been using the username hazeezet all over the internet since my primary school days, long before the modern gender, pronoun, and identity discourse became a thing on the internet. Back in my primary school days, there was no concept of online pronoun flags, it was just a kid trying cool things.
My username is derived from Azeez, which is a traditional male name. In my culture, traditional Muslim female names end with an “a” suffix specifically Azeezat or Hazeezat.
Any female with a similar name would naturally want their actual spelling or something extremely close to it. It is very impossible for a female to have a username of hazeezet because their name is hazeezat; they will want their actual name attached to it.
So I found that spelling loophole in primary school and claimed it. I used it myself as a username. Know the difference between the letters “E” and “A”.
Ending in “-at”. Strictly female. Since girls want their actual name attached, they will always spell it this way.
Ending in “-et”. Strictly male. Custom loophole I claimed since primary school. Zero ladies live here.
Hazeezet is the core and most important username I have ever created and I have used it for everything. It has been with me since childhood. It has stuck with me through all these years and all the people i've met, some knew me back then, some just met me recently and know me as hazeezet. It has been with me through thick and thin and I am proud to say that it is here to stay.
